Best consumed within 14 days of pickup date or first delivery date.
It is recommended to:
1. Keep the cake refrigerated immediately after the cake is picked up or delivered and away from sunlight.
2. Remove the cake from the refrigerator to return to room temperature and allow the cake to thaw for 10-30 minutes (for small cakes and mousse cakes) or 1-2 hours (for whole cakes except cheesecakes, chiffon cakes, fruit cream cakes and mousse cakes) before serving.
3. Remove the cake from the refrigerator and serve immediately for cheesecakes, chiffon cakes and fruit cream cakes.
